We therefore offer you the opportunity of returning any item within 28 days from the date of purchase for exchange or full refund. All we ask is that you return the product in its original unspoilt condition along with the packaging and the receipt. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. If there is any damage caused to the goods whilst in transit, please let us know within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Post and carrier service
Deaf Awareness Technology uses the Royal Mail service for lighter parcels up to 2.5kg and a carrier service for any parcels weighing more. Shipping charges are added to your order during the order process. Please call us on +44 (0)1202 682795 to confirm the exact delivery charge if ordering from outside UK Mainland.

Please note customers from non-EU countries and from the Channel Islands and Isle of Man will not be charged VAT. However depending on the country they may have to pay import duty when the goods arrive at the destination.

Returns:
Any shortages or defects must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment.

All returns must be authorised in advance by Deaf Awareness Technology and must be shipped pre-paid. All refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Terms of Payment
As of November 2002, in accordance with Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Regulations 2002, we are able to claim Statutory Interest for the late payment of commercial debts. For overdue accounts, which are not paid by 30 days from the invoice date, interest will be charged at bank rate plus 8%.
