the body worn voice amplification system is designed to increase

It will help achieve a speech level that is comfortable and
effective for everyday communication, while reducing vocal
stress and strain. The body worn voice amplifier can boost
vocal output by as much as 15dB; using a headset style microphone.
Even greater vocal boost can be achieved by using the unique
"trans-dermal" neck microphone.
